Pay Range: $28.00–$31.25/hour Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours/week What You'll Do: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time — wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions Review timesheets, maintain payroll records, and conduct regular payroll audits Handle statutory remittances (income tax, CPP, EI, Employer Health Tax, WCB) Administer benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and reconciliations Support employees with payroll/benefits questions and provide ADP guidance Lead year-end payroll activities, including T4 prep and reconciliations Prepare and post payroll journal entries and related accruals Reconcile payroll and benefit-related general ledger accounts What You Bring: 2+ years of payroll experience, including ownership of payroll accuracy and remittances PCP (Payroll Compliance Professional) certification preferred Solid understanding of payroll legislation Strong Excel skills; Microsoft Office proficiency Advanced attention to detail Experience with ADP or similar software (required) High accuracy, discretion, and organization — this role handles confidential info daily Comfortable managing deadlines independently with minimal oversight Good to Know: Location: Edmonton Head Office (on-site) Pay: $28.00–$31.25/hour Hours: ~15–20 hours/week Probation Period: 3 months Reports to: Controller Benefits: None Accepting Applications Until: September 18, 2026 or until position is filled TOR Properties is committed to a workplace built on teamwork, care, and accountability.
