This unique role is split between payroll administration and daily cash office operations, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in two key areas of finance. Working closely with the Payroll Manager and Accounting Supervisor, you will help ensure payroll is processed accurately while supporting the daily reconciliation and reporting of resort revenue. Job Responsibilities: * Assist with the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for approximately 750 permanent and seasonal employees. * Maintain employee payroll records and process new hires, changes, and terminations. * Support time and attendance administration * Audit, input and reconcile daily sales from all departments * Prepare bank deposits and ATM refills * Prepare and issue change orders and petty cash, and floats * Perform related clerical duties, such as data entry, inventory audits, ad hoc reports, maintain filing and record systems * Contribute to process improvements and other projects as required. Job Requirements/Qualifications: * Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Payroll, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in payroll and bookkeeping * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Work Schedule: Full-time (weekend work is required) Dress Code: Business Casual – To be discussed at time of Interview

Candidates need a certificate or diploma in Accounting, Payroll, or Business Administration along with previous experience in payroll and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and experience with ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset.
