The Opportunity The successful candidate will work alongside managers and partners on a variety of engagements, including audits, review engagements, compilations, financial reporting, and tax assignments. Responsibilities Prepare compilation, review engagement, and audit working papers Assist with audit planning, fieldwork, testing, and completion procedures Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules under ASPE Prepare corporate, personal, and other tax returns Complete working paper files, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation Perform accounting analysis and investigate discrepancies Assist with year-end engagements and tax planning assignments Communicate with clients to obtain information, resolve questions, and provide updates Support managers and partners with client engagements and special projects Qualifications 1–3 years of public accounting experience preferred CPA designation in progress or successful completion of the CFE exam Experience with audits, reviews, compilations, and financial statement preparation Experience preparing corporate and personal tax returns Strong understanding of accounting principles and Canadian tax requirements Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset Why Join?
