Position: Senior Accountant Location: Orangeville 5 days IN OFFICE Salary: $75,000-90,000, plus bonus Industry: Manufacturing and Distribution Company Overview Our client is a successful manufacturer, distributer and installer of custom building products and has Operations throughout the USA. Role Overview Reporting to the Leadership team, the successful candidate will work across finance, operations, inventory management, systems implementation, and business strategy while leading remote accounting and administrative teams. Responsibilities Assist with contract management, pricing analysis, budget oversight, and profitability initiatives. Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, including project managers and senior executives. Lead inventory process improvements and support ERP implementation, conversion, and optimization projects. Develop and document standard operating procedures across finance and operations functions. Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and revenue growth within existing customer relationships. Participate in strategic planning and business improvement initiatives. Manage and oversee the accounting support team overseas. Qualifications Required CPA or near completion is required Previous experience working within a Big Four accounting firm is preferred. 4+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, distribution, construction, or related industry. Experience with inventory management and inventory controls. ERP implementation or systems conversion experience. Experience managing remote or international teams. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
