Our client is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their dynamic team! Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including customer account maintenance, payment processing, collections support, and general credit administration. The ideal candidate is a professional and collaborative individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable. They can manage competing priorities, remain composed under pressure, and communicate diplomatically while working effectively as part of a team. The main responsibilities include: Maintain customer account records and support credit administration to ensure accuracy and compliance Process and reconcile customer payments, deposits, and credit card transactions.
