The candidate will manage cash handling, credit card receipts, and daily bank deposits while reconciling cash outs for departments and hotels. They will also assist with accounts receivable and support the manager with month-end financial duties.

Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for reconciling daily cash outs, promotions, and vouchers while maintaining department floats and safe counts. They also assist with accounts receivable, process ticketing and ski school reservations, and handle Moneris setup.

Accounts Payable Clerk

The role involves processing accounts payable invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling vendor statements. It also includes managing expense reports and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and deadline compliance.
