Job details

About Remarcable Remarcable is building the digital operating system for contractors and distributors—solving critical procurement, supply chain, and financial workflow pain points that have plagued the construction industry for decades. With proven product-market fit, backing from Insight Partners, and a rapidly scaling business, we’re looking for a Product Manager who is excited to lead and scale our core Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and accounting integration ecosystem. This is not a "just keep the roadmap moving" type of role. You’ll be a strategic owner, systems thinker, and technical product leader who bridges the gap between field procurement and back-office financial systems. Working closely with engineering, product, integrations, and go-to-market teams, you will architect and drive the workflows that automate purchase orders, invoice matching, job costing, and complex ERP synchronization at scale. If you thrive at the intersection of technical architecture, financial/accounting logic, and customer strategy—and you want your work to make a profound, visible difference in a multi-billion-dollar market—this role is for you. What You'll Do Own the Product Strategy & Lifecycle: Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for our procurement, accounts payable, and accounting integration domains from concept to launch. Master Complex Financial Logic: Dive deep into sophisticated accounting systems—including 3-way matching (PO, receiving slip, and invoice), job cost tracking, general ledger (GL) routing, and cost code mapping. Lead ERP Integration Initiatives: Collaborate closely with engineering pods and integration specialists to translate intricate enterprise ERP data structures and accounting rules into bulletproof, seamless software features. Drive Agile Execution & Culture: Lead agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional planning to ensure predictable, high-leverage software delivery. Translate Requirements into Scale: Synthesize complex back-office workflows and user feedback into clear, executable specs and scalable system architectures. Partner on Technical Trade-Offs: Bring strong technical fluency to architectural discussions, evaluating data schemas, API integrations, performance constraints, and technical debt. Define Business Impact: Establish, track, and optimize key product metrics (KPIs) centered on feature adoption, financial data accuracy, and operational time-savings. Leverage AI & Modern Workflows: Champion the use of AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate product discovery, data validation, and user documentation. Who You Are 4+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on data-heavy, workflow, fintech, or enterprise integration products. Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related quantitative field. Domain Fluency: Deep familiarity with foundational accounting workflows, such as Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), purchase orders, invoice automation, or construction job costing. Systems-First Mindset: Highly analytical; deeply comfortable mapping data across systems, designing relational data models, and troubleshooting API exchanges. Exceptional Communicator: Able to distill complex technical architecture and financial logic into clear, concise direction for developers, executives, and users alike. Proven Execution Leader: Track record of driving cross-functional product initiatives independently and thriving in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment. Nice-to-Haves Hands-on experience with construction accounting platforms or mid-market/enterprise ERPs (e.g., Sage 100/300, QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, Viewpoint/Vista, or Acumatica). Proficiency with SQL for data analysis, query writing, and log investigation. Direct experience shipping features leveraging OCR invoice capture, automated rule engines, or embedded AI capabilities. Why Join Remarcable? We’re a Series A SaaS company backed by Insight Partners, scaling fast with a mission to transform construction operations. Our platform has already processed billions in material purchases, and we’re just getting started. At Remarcable, you’ll: Own High-Impact Scope: Your products will directly automate and optimize financial workflows for major contractors and distributors across North America. High Ownership & Autonomy: Work in a lean, elite team where strategic decisions are made fast and execution matters. Tackle Massive Inefficiencies: Build software that modernizes one of the largest, least digitized industries in the world. Our Mission To advance technology adoption in the construction industry by delivering efficiency, visibility, and communication at scale.
