The role is responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements and working papers for a commercial property portfolio. Key duties include managing accounts payable/receivable, monitoring cash flow, and coordinating with property managers to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing invoices and payments while maintaining accurate financial records for properties and development projects. This includes managing AP/AR functions, booking receipts, and providing general administrative support to the accounting department.
