Manage accounting for development and construction projects, including general ledger activity, payables and receivables, cash reporting, reconciliations, period-end close, and investor reporting. Direct two bookkeeping and data-entry staff, maintain controls and compliance documentation, and improve accounting workflows and reporting.

The Project Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting, general ledger integrity, and financial reporting for development and construction projects. They will also provide oversight to bookkeeping staff, ensure accurate investor reporting, and implement process improvements using modern accounting tools.
