The Human Resources & Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate administration of bi-weekly payroll, HRIS systems, and employee data while ensuring legislative compliance. They also provide analytical support for HR decision-making, manage benefits and pension administration, and assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
