Entry into office: March 2019

The field of numbers and you made an excellent duo! You are recognized with strong skills to see all the different tasks related to the processing of accounts payable. In collaboration with Accounts Payable Supervisors, you prepare and track payment orders for the company's foreign subsidiaries located in West Africa. You work easily as a team to ensure the smooth flow of transactions you follow the entire process.

Your main challenges and responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor payment orders defined and authorized by buyers and supervisors
  • Compile the information and perform the monthly analysis of subsidiary subsidiary assistants
  • Ensure the update and follow-up of major accounts payable transactions of mining operations
  • Analyze and monitor accounts payable statements
  • Proceed to the weekly update of the subsidiaries' treasury
  • Provide the necessary assistance to the supervisors of the service, when required
  • Ensure the classification of documents, digital and paper format.

Your profile and your skills

  • Diploma of Collegial Studies, or a combination of training and relevant experience
  • Two to three years of experience in an accounting department, preferably acquired in the accounts payable department
  • Mastering the Microsoft Office environment, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Internet payment software and Great Plains is an asset.
