The Master Data Coordinator will support the Master Data Manager in the management and coaching of the Master Data clerks. He will have the mandate to ensure said clerks adhere to the appropriate governance rules, to assist the Master Data Manager in the process of implementing new work methods, and to serve as a point-person for customers/suppliers.

More specifically, you will:

  • Handle the received requests and ensure a good work dispatch between the clerks;
  • Coordinate activities related to the various requests in the department and assist the clerks in special cases; settle complex situations or cases involving IT department;
  • Help resolve problems and lend your complete collaboration and expertise to other departments when needed;
  • Audit data entered against the payments terms set out in the system or other that may present a control risk;
  • Support the Master Data Manager with support related to improving and rolling out work tools and methods in order to boost the department's productivity;
  • Analyse the daily error reports, notify the other departments when warranted and make the necessary changes to the system;
  • Maintain work procedures up to date: adapt them when a new system is implemented or during system enhancements, a restructuring, changes in processes, etc.


  • You have a Bachelor degree of Business Administration (or other relevant field) - an equivalent combination of academic training and work experience shall also be considered;
  • You cumulate at least five (5) years of relevant experience in the Master Data field;
  • Very good verbal and written communicator, in both French and English;
  • Experience managing employees.
