JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Deductions Supervisor, the Deductions Analyst is responsible for analyzing and following up on deductions for Agropur - Canada Operations in order to speed up the processing of problematic files. The Analyst must have an overview of the reasons for the deductions to be able to promote settlement on the best terms for the Cooperative.

Specifically, the Deductions Analyst:

  • Plays a key role in managing customer disputes by analyzing customer deductions using the existing process and works closely with the sales managers to prevent deductions
  • Attends semi-monthly sector meetings to track progress on files
  • Helps set up KPIs for the sector
  • Identifies reasons for deductions under his/her responsibility and assesses their validity
  • Follows up daily on new deductions
  • Prepares explanatory documents supporting the Cooperative's position following decisions on disputes
  • Helps the Deductions Supervisor prepare various studies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • 1 to 3 years' relevant experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office (expert in Excel)
  • Knowledge of Oracle and SAP (an asset)
