Purpose of the job: within the scope of your authority and under the Group Insurance Director (GID) authority and reporting line, you will act and be responsible to partner with Regional Insurance Managers (RIM), The position must support the RIM to manage and control the policies in NAM. Projects, Business Units, placing & local Brokers, Carriers and partners to resolve problems, capitalise on opportunity and report on activities – actively advise, assist, support and manage the Group’s and project’ related insurance matters, maintain policies, assist and settle insurance claims/losses, handle invoices… in accordance with our Group’s insurance programs and policies, part of the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) governance.

As an appointed Insurance Expert, you will systematically and actively contribute in establishing a Group Insurance Centre of Excellence at local & group level for insurance matters to meet the team’s strategic objectives and maintain common standards for risk and insurance issues, including: -

Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Graduate university diploma in a relevant field of study for the practice of insurance matters (e.g. Business Administration, finance, law, contract management, etc.) or at least 6 years tracking record in this field within an insurance department of an international industrial company.
Experience
Mandatory:
Prior experience in the insurance industry (with a Broker or Insurance Company or in the insurance department of an industrial company).
