The Tax Financial Analyst, Business Project Support participates in managing BRP’s restructuring and growth projects, and seeks to implement the best legal operating model in order to minimize tax risks for BRP and optimize its tax position while taking into account the company’s operational needs. The incumbent will be proactive and organized and will have the opportunity to use their talents and skills by carrying out the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Participate in various restructuring and growth projects encountered in different countries to integrate and align the business operational needs with BRP’s legal operating model ;
  • Conducting a variety of research and financial analysis in close collaboration with other members of the department to determine the related impacts and benefits of certain envisioned models ;
  • Contribute in the determination of the related tax risks and the monitoring strategy by coordinate with consultants or performing some specifics analysis ;
  • Document and communicate specific projects results and update the documentation of BRP’s legal operational model ;
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of the projects with team members and other BRP departments ;
  • Ensure the execution of the projects by coordinating the necessary internal and external resources ;
  • Ensure the integration and the deployment of the final legal operating model with other members of the department and with other BRP departments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (finance or accounting) ;
  • Recognized professional certification in accounting is considered an asset ;
  • One to two (1-2) years of experience in audit, financial information, tax, or project management ;
  • Ability to communicate in French and English both orally and in writing;
  • A proactive attitude, business acumen and adaptability;
  • Excellent analytical and synthetic ability;
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel et PowerPoint) is considered an asset.

The incumbent of this position will work at the head office located in Valcourt, Quebec. A relocation help is offerred if you reside at more than 80km of the workplace location.
