Finance Coordinator, IT - Maternity Leave Replacement

You will join the accounting and purchasing team of the IT group, whose mission is to ensure the supply and invoicing for the various IT hardware and software needs of the business entities. The IT group includes 135 people / 5 business groups and serves more than 700 clients across Canada!

As such, and in conjunction with the purchasing technician, you will be responsible for ensuring sound planning and administration of the 22.5 million computer inventory. To this end, you will have to develop performance indicators as well as various analysis reports.

Also, you will participate in the documentation of certain major purchases and updates of the supplier portfolio (price, product, etc.). Finally, you will manage returns, warranties, licensing, and updates and communications of fee changes or rebilling.

Requirements :

  • Hold a college or university degree in administration, operations management or the equivalent;
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a role related to inventory planning or procurement;
  • Possess a very good knowledge of and interest in the field of technology;
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite (in particular Excel);
  • Bilingualism required, French and English, spoken and written;
