As an ambassador of the Payroll Department, Individual Taxation and Accounts Payable, you will be called upon to work on many files simultaneously, collaborating with other Cirque departments and our colleagues around the world.


You will be known for:


  • Planning and organizing the main activities involved in the accounting of accounts payable;
  • Supporting the daily operations of a team of six clerks;
  • Applying the various existing controls in the processing of accounts payable, in keeping with company policies;
  • Producing and analyzing reports and performance indicators for your division and taking the necessary actions;
  • Ensuring taxes are applied (in a context of international purchasing) and withheld for non-residents in accordance with laws and procedures in force, in cooperation with the Taxation Department;
  • Participating in the issuing of tax slips;
  • Producing weekly analyses for cash flow forecasts;
  • Ensuring the training of internal users for systems as well as policies and procedures in force;
  • Following up on accounts payable and, if need be, analyzing specific accounts payable;
  • Identifying improvements to processes and opportunities for continuous automation with SAP systems;
  • Participating in updating the systems in place and ensuring the continuity of the various integrations;
  • Establishing and maintaining good relations with suppliers and internal clients;
  • Replacing other coordinators in the division on occasion.


We want to meet you if you have:


  • A college-level diploma (DEC) or certificate in accounting;
  • Five years in a similar role, including personnel supervision;
  • Excellent knowledge of taxation and MS Office;
  • Experience with the SAP system (an asset);
  • Good aptitude for written communication and interpersonal relations;
  • Exceptional ease for communicating in French and English.
