Billing Technician

Artemis Recruitment is currently looking for a Billing Technician for our client located in East of Montreal. Reporting to the director and department management, the person chosen will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and invoicing.

Tasks:

  • File, photocopy and send various documents (mail, reports, invoicing, purchase orders).
  • Respond to inquiries from merchants, suppliers and internal or external customers.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and process invoices.
  • Research and resolve supplier and merchant billing issues.
  • Control the inventory, expenses and revenues of the department and monitor the budget.
  • Produce certain periodic management reports.
  • May be called upon to work overtime.
  • Other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • DEC completed in accounting.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience and knowledge of Word and PowerPoint (intermediate),
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Very good computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project (asset).
  • Good communication skills in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, initiative and energy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
