Position type : 13-month contract

Specific accountabilities

The incumbent is responsible for managing data and providing support to the Billing Analyst. He or she takes over when the Billing Analyst is absent.

  • Handle billing (JD Edwards) for the Montreal and Quebec City office buildings;
  • Assist the Billing Analyst with the Good Register (TGR) platform;
  • Produce and analyze preliminary reports and the 90/95 report checks for all cost centres;
  • Help co-workers transfer TGR requests to JD Edwards OneWorld in preparation for invoicing through TGR;
  • Work with the Tenant Services Centre team to resolve any problems and assist with overflow in the case of a representative's prolonged absence;
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with the various management teams;
  • In the absence of the Billing Analyst, Tenant Services Centre, take responsibility for management decisions regarding billing;
  • Help the Billing Analyst create and update the billing process through the TGR platform and through JD Edwards on OneDrive;
  • Carry out any other related tasks requested by the Billing Analyst, Tenant Services Centre.

Key requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • At least five years of experience in customer service or in a call centre;
  • In-depth knowledge of processes supported by the OneWorld information system/module and TGR platform;
  • Proficiency in Word and advanced Excel software;
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
  • Aptitude for teamwork with analytical and processing skills;
  • Outgoing, energetic, self-directed, creative, innovative and organized with a commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
