Responsibilities:

  • Produces production, reading, correction and layout of various documents according to company standards: letters, memos, agendas, reports, lists, reports, service offers, presentations.
  • Assure the distribution of documents.
  • Reduce any type of correspondence.
  • Treat and / or follow up on requests made to internal suppliers (document production, reprography, translation, etc.).
  • Complete forms related to all requests for donations, sponsorships, golf tournament, etc.
  • Follow up with internal and external clients.
  • Coordinates the logistics of meetings, prepares and sends the necessary documentation, and can organize special events.
  • Organizes the movements of the members of the team.
  • Assists associates in the follow-up of the agendas.
  • Processes the opening of accounts receivable and projects and ensures the update.
  • Prepare billing from the information received and finalize it.
  • Assure the update of different databases, manuals, folders, files, contacts, etc.
  • Processes filing, opening mail, photocopying, sending faxes and archiving.

Requirements:

  • Attestation or diploma of college studies in office techniques.
  • More than 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent sense of customer service, good professional judgment.
  • Very good knowledge of French and English.
  • Ability to manage priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability of organization, coordination, autonomy, speed, meticulousness and discretion.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite software and specialized software.
