The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for providing financial and administrative support by processing and monitoring incoming payments, securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts as well as resolving discrepancies.

  • Your numeric ability is instinctual

  • You have a naturally persuasive and charming nature that alway breaks through

  • Your analytical, problem solving skills are exceptional

  • You are tech savy and have worked with QuickBooks, Hotello and MS Office before

  • You have past hospitality or customer service experience.

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data

  • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits

  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
