Under the responsibility of the Divisional Controller, the Accounting & Account Payable Clerk is directly involved in the processes of accounts payable, expense claims & other accounting processes.
Receive and enter invoices in the SAP system;
Proceed with payments by cheques and by wire transfers;
Carry out the entry and proceed with the payment of all expense reports;
Assure respect with internal policies and good relation with the vendors;
Produce and analyse reports and Month end reconciliations;
Resource employee for travel management;
Record receipts in SAP;
Perform any other accounting task requested.
Collegial studies diploma in business administration, or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Work knowledge of SAP;
Good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level) and other Office suite softwares;
Bilingualism, both spoken and written (French and English);
Good interpersonal skills and sense of organisation, dynamism and self-reliance;
Team spirit and marked interest in the continuous improvement of quality.

status and Level 2 (Secret)
