General responsibilities of the position :

Prepare and analyze reports to make strategic recommendations to senior management. Generate budgetary forecasts and analyze various trends for efficient financial planning. Create financial models and develop scenarios to help with future planning decisions for the company, such as new product development and new investment strategies. Develop and maintain financial information systems.

Specific responsibilities of position :

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, and perform financial analysis to develop recommendations to the senior management team;
  • Complete various analyses in support of the company's objectives and decisions;
  • Oversee the estimated costs for potential and future engine programs;
  • Provide support for investment audits and current engine programs;
  • Manage and assist with various mid-scale projects or processes;
  • Supervise, review and delegate tasks to junior professionals.

Qualifications required :

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years experience;
  • Professional accounting title required (CPA);
  • Autonomous;
  • Flexible;
  • Project management skills;
  • Strong team spirit;
  • Self starter;
  • Passionate about change;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP;
  • Bilingual, French and English (required);
  • Aerospace background an asset.
