What will your typical day look like?

The workflow coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with the firm’s internal clients to ensure that client service expectations are achieved. The workflow coordinator prioritizes incoming service requests, assigns work to Audit and Tax Reporting professionals (ATRP) and ensures that processes are followed in compliance with firm standards. The workflow coordinator has a client focus and represents the team by identifying client needs

About the team

The ATRPs and Workflow Coordinators form the Audit and Tax Reporting (ATR) team are foundational to the success of the firm as it relates to quality client service delivery. The role of the ATR team is to complete incoming internal client service requests through a shared services model. In order to provide seamless client delivery, the ATR team will action assigned service requests aligned to the Audit and Tax Practitioners that they support.

You are someone with:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and basic knowledge in PowerPoint required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and highly organized with an exceptional ability to multitask
  • Exceptional commitment to client service and continuous improvement
  • Team Player - strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as with a virtual team
  • Flexibility to meet coverage requirements that could start as early as 7:30 am and finish as late as 6:00 pm. Overtime may be required in peak periods.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
