Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting Analyst assists in the planning, organization and management of the hotel's financial activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with department directors to ensure the proper functioning of administrative management;
  • Help manage the company's income and expenses to ensure the integrity of financial data;
  • Prepare employee payroll;
  • Assist the CFO and owner on request for special projects; Help coordinate and manage all financial systems and internal controls;
  • Ensure the safe conservation of all contracts, leases and legal documents;
  • Ensure that all provincial / federal laws are respected in matters of finance;
  • Assist in the management of accounts payable, purchases, invoicing, accounts receivable, credit as well as cash;
  • All other related tasks related to the function.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Maitre D, Hotello, Delphi hotel software (an asset);
  • Proficiency in Excel software;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team; Ability to work under pressure and follow deadlines; Have a high critical and analytical level.
  • University degree in accounting (BAC);
  • Accounting title (an asset);
  • Have experience in personnel management;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position; Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).
