Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Owen Sound team! The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a proactive can-do attitude, who is a proficient communicator, successful at managing internal and external customer expectations, goal oriented and committed to providing clerical and accounting support for our Finance department.

Responsibilities:

  1. File management
  2. Customer account maintenance through a variety of communication mediums
  3. Full-cycle invoice processing including creating, printing, and mailing invoices to customers
  4. Collects payment from customer companies
  5. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  6. Providing administrative support as needed to the Finance and Accounts Receivable team

Qualifications:

  1. High-school Diploma or Equivalent
  2. Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, and/or customer service an asset
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  4. Advanced computer skills an asset
  5. Strong communication skills required
  6. Bilingual in French and English an asset
