We are currently looking for an Account and Receivable Analyst to join our National retail AR team.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work at one of the following offices: Anjou (QC), Milton or Woodstock (ON)

Reporting to the National Retail AR Manager, collaboratively manage AR for all Retail accounts across all Canadian Divisions, the incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Payment application
  • Maintain all accounts receivable subledgers and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in reporting
  • Investigate and resolve claim deductions
  • Investigate and resolve rejected invoices
  • Maintain records of rebate claim deductions
  • Maintain AR summary reports
  • Ensure that the rules and procedures related to credit are applied in accordance with established guidelines and in accordance with applicable regulations

Qualifications required:

  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Applications, most notably Excel
  • Bilingualism, English and French spoken and written, an asset
  • 2 years of experience in accountability or related field will be an asset
  • Results oriented – ability to prioritize and consistently deliver on time with high level of accuracy
  • Bilingualism, English and French spoken and written
  • Experience and knowledge with an ERP
  • Highly developed organizational skills;
  • Speed of execution and initiative
