About the role:
In a complex, matrixed organization, the Chief Financial Officer, Canada, will lead, direct, and control the company’s financial resources to maintain the short- and long-term financial health of the organization. Demonstrating superior relationship management, sound judgment, and exceptional leadership, the local CFO will advocate for the needs of the Canadian business unit, influence senior stakeholders with competing interests, and drive financial success for the local organization. The Chief Financial Officer, Canada will be a critical resource for the Canadian business unit, and will contribute significantly to strategic planning, decision making, and the representation of the business in interactions with external parties.

Building a winning culture, with enthusiastic leadership and the ability to communicate and connect with all levels of Associates, members of the business, and other relevant internal or external groups. Ultimately responsible for the attraction, retention, motivation, and engagement of associates across the organization.
Providing top executive level strategic leadership in ensuring the company’s financial resources to maintain the short and long-term financial health of the business. Providing overall department accountability and leadership.
