Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Essential Job Duties:

  •     Administrate internal and external portals as needed
  •     Enter promotions and clear deductions caused by same promotions in portals
  •     Create and adjust price lists, cost changes, new item forms and customer/manufacture notices
  •     Pull monthly and or quarterly reports and configure to send out for billing
  •     Assist the Accounts Receivable Department in data entry and system configuration
  •     Assist Customer Service with data entry as needed
  •     Update internal portal with daily changes
  •     Support sales managers
  •     Oversee check requests for ad billings
  •     Perform other administrative duties as required
