You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re comfortable diving into the details of workstreams and identifying the target technical and landscape architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire team members to bring their A-game.

The work:

  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions

  • Develop solution architectures and design documents that align with client needs and business objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems

  • Perform quality assurance and testing on solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are operating effectively

  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience

  • Minimum 5 year of SAP Canadian Payroll experience including time schema, worksheets etc.

  • Knowledge of S-Notes

  • Experience configuring Canadian payroll including time types/ wage types.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Bilingual preferred (French/ English)

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
