We are hiring one National Reconciliation Officer for our Cash Services division based out of Vancouver, BC.

Your Mission

To assist in the back end and workflow of the CVS Operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor the daily treasury reporting of all customers for all sites
• Tracking and monitoring inventory levels at each site
• Monitoring monthly compliance
• Tracking site audits and controls
• Following up with internal customer emails and inquiries in a timely & professional manner.
• Any other related task

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of computing systems such as: Word, Excel, and MS Office applications
• Reliable, conscientious, and responsible
• Highly organized and work with minimal supervision
• Strict attention to detail, accuracy in analysis
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
