  • Provide exceptional client service.
  • Assist with quoting new business, with clear instructions and direction from the PCS Advisor.
  • Process renewals and endorsements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure abeyances and follow ups for outstanding items from underwriters and clients are in place and completed.
  • Identify needs of prospective clients through research and involvement with relevant resources, utilizing team and corporate resources.
  • Respond to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process incoming mail and direct to the appropriate personnel within the team.
  • Prepare proposals of appropriate products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Track aged receivables.
  • Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.


  • Level 2 license (insurance designation, CAIB or CIP preferred), or working towards.
  • Experience with Epic, Applied Rating Services and company portals, considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently, as part of a team and with others throughout the organization.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to grow
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Able and willing to work under pressure when needed.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Our Vancouver office is situated in Coal Harbour, half a block from the world renowned Seawall. Employees often enjoy activities along the Seawall during their lunch break with Stanley Park being close by.
