This role is essential in managing construction project accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting project budgets. Duties Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using accounting software such as QuickBoooks Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Assist with budgeting, account analysis, and financial forecasting for construction projects Conduct auditing procedures to verify financial records and compliance with company policies Process payroll and handle related bookkeeping tasks Prepare detailed financial reports and support documentation for project audits Support project managers with financial data analysis and cost tracking Maintain organized records of all financial transactions related to construction projects Requirements Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation processes Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and auditing within the construction or related industries Familiarity with corporate finance principles, budgeting, and account analysis Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Prior experience in financial services or construction industry accounting is preferred This position offers an opportunity to be a vital part of our finance team while working on diverse construction projects.
