We are currently seeking an Insurance Accounting and Bookkeeping Clerk to join our Insurance Services team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and supporting a fast-paced business environment. What You'll Do Accounting & Reconciliations Reconcile daily insurance deposits and financial transactions Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes Prepare and maintain accurate financial records Accounts Payable & Receivable Process invoices and payments to insurance companies and vendors Maintain customer and insurance company billing records Support collections and account reconciliation activities Process refunds and payment requests as required Reporting & Insurance Support Reconcile commission reports and financial data Assist with financial reporting and administrative support What You Bring Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial administration Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset Insurance industry experience is an asset Why Join London Drugs?
