Our Finance Department at our Richmond Head Office is currently hiring for: Accounting Manager – Revenue London Drugs is seeking an Accounting Manager – Revenue to lead Accounts Receivable, Sales Audit, and Contract Billing functions across multiple legal entities. This role has end to end responsibility for revenue accuracy, billing, collections, and reconciliations across POS, eCommerce, marketing/coop, rent, and other revenue streams. This is a hands on leadership role for a CPA with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience navigating complex system to GL revenue flows, including Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (D365). What You’ll Do Lead AR, Sales Audit, and Contract Billing teams, ensuring clear ownership, controls, and service levels Oversee all revenue streams across multiple legal entities; monitor trends, variances, and follow ups Ensure accurate end to end revenue accounting from operational systems to the general ledger (D365) Prepare or review monthly reconciliations, audit schedules, and close documentation Ensure timely billing and AR collections to improve cash flow and reduce aged receivables Partner with Finance leadership to support monthly, quarterly, and year end close and audits Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and internal controls Identify and implement process and system improvements Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and develop a large team Conduct regular check ins, performance reviews, and development planning Support training, onboarding, and ongoing performance management Promote consistent application of company policies and positive employee relations What You Bring CPA designation in good standing Strong technical accounting skills and in depth knowledge of ASPE 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably in a large team environment Experience in a retail or large head office environment Advanced Excel skills and strong overall systems proficiency Experience with ERP systems; D365 experience is an asset Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills If you believe you have the passion, skills, knowledge and drive to be the successful candidate, talk to your Manager about this amazing job opportunity and submit your application on-line.
