As our organization continues to grow, we are expanding our Payroll team and are excited to add a new Payroll Administrator Position to support our ongoing success. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of day-to-day payroll activities. Working under the direction of the Payroll Manager, this role processes payroll transactions, maintains employee payroll records, responds to employee inquiries, and supports payroll compliance and reporting activities. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator serves as the primary contact for routine payroll matters while ensuring payroll data is accurate, complete, and processed in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies. This job description outlines the expectations and responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator. It is intended to be used as a general guide. However, this role may change based on needs of the Finance Department and organization. The successful candidate will report to the Payroll and Benefits Manager. You will be responsible for the following duties: Process accurate bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now Review and validate timecards, attendance records, and payroll information Process payroll transactions for new hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves of absence, and employee status changes Administer payroll for supply educators and other casual employees Track paid time off (including vacation and personal time), statutory holidays, and other employee leave balances. Process benefit enrollment and deduction changes Prepare Records of Employment (ROEs) Maintain accurate employee payroll files and payroll system records Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve routine payroll issues Investigate payroll discrepancies and make appropriate corrections Audit payroll files for completeness and accuracy Support internal and external payroll audits What We Offer! Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive payroll information Experience processing payroll for salaried and hourly employees Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook To Apply The deadline to apply is Friday August 21, 2026.
