As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the day-to-day accounting operations. The Accounting Clerk ensures the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes while contributing to the overall organization and integrity of accounting records. How will you support the team? Verify and process vendor invoices. Monitor and follow-up with accounts. Prepare payments (checks, transfers, etc.) and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain financial records and ensure they are up to date. Create vendors in various systems. Review employee expense claims and submit them in a timely manner for reimbursement. Assist with the preparation of month-end entries (accruals, amortization, etc.). Support the Accounting team with various administrative tasks. What you’ll do

The role involves verifying and processing vendor invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining up-to-date financial records. Additionally, the clerk assists with month-end entries and supports the accounting team with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or a related field with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Suite is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
