To get a taste of the work environment at Kontron Canada, watch the following video in French: https://youtu.be/YQQIQ_8R_yo An Overview Of The Challenges Ahead You will post Vendor invoices; You will reconcile all transactions related to subcontrators to ensure the accurancy of the inventory, accounts payables and accounts receivable related to the products; You will reconcile daily all the bank accounts and ensure that all the money needed is available in each currency. You will prepare all journal entries related to the reconciliation; You will issue the checks and wire transfers; You will make the conciliation of the suppliers statements of account and answer their requests; You will prepare TPS and TVQ reports; You will prepare month-end reports and the year-end closing of accounts payable section; You will balance GR/IR account; You will be responsible of the fixed assets ledger and of the follow up on the capital budgets; You will do the month-end analysis for the material requisition and other analysis (ex: Freight expenses); Finally, you will perform various reconciliations: petty cash, credit cards and statements of account and expense reports.
