Kelly is hiring! We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as an Accounting Administrator in St. Catharines, ON! In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their Accounting needs. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable (Heavy focus for the role) General Accounting Payroll What We’re Looking For: Post-Secondary Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including hands-on responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, including the ability to analyze and reconcile financial data. Experience working with an ERP system in an accounting environment; experience with SAP ERP software is considered a strong asset Experience working with third-party payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Dayforce, or similar), including payroll processing, employee maintenance, payroll reporting Details: • Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fully in-office) If you're looking for an opportunity where you can be your best self and join a fantastic team, look no further, and apply today! Requirements
Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration and 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including hands-on accounts receivable and accounts payable work, are sought. Candidates should have intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills, ERP experience, payroll-system experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort using AI-assisted tools; SAP experience is an asset.
