About the Role Reporting to finance leadership, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close activities, reconciliations, and supporting the accounting operations of a sophisticated investment-focused business. What You'll Do Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documentation Participate in the preparation of audit working papers and support external audit requirements Analyze financial information and provide insights to support business decision-making Assist with process improvement initiatives and the enhancement of internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various accounting and finance projects Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from leadership What You Bring CPA designation or active pursuit of the CPA program, including candidates who have successfully completed the CFE 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience within public practice, private investment environments, wealth management, family office, asset management, or a related industry Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting and financial systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization A proactive mindset and desire to take ownership of responsibilities while continuing to develop professionally Why Join This is an opportunity to join an organization that places a strong emphasis on culture, professional growth, and employee success.
