About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee a portfolio of privately held clients while managing engagement teams across a variety of accounting, assurance, and tax projects. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of private company clients across multiple industries Review financial statements, tax engagements, and other client deliverables for accuracy and quality Lead and mentor accounting professionals, supporting their technical and professional development Build trusted relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact Provide guidance on complex accounting, tax, and financial reporting matters Oversee engagement planning, workflow management, budgets, and deadlines Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience Collaborate with firm leadership on operational initiatives and team development What You'll Bring CPA designation or working toward completion 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities Experience managing private company clients in a public accounting environment Strong technical knowledge of accounting, assurance, and tax principles Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and build client relationships Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience in a small or mid-sized public accounting firm is considered an asset Why Join Join a collaborative firm that values professional growth, mentorship, and long-term career development.
