Start Date: 10/26/2026 Type: Perm Worker Type: On-site Worksite Location: Mississauga, ON Salary: CA$80,000 to $95,000 Vacancy Status: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analysis skills, expertise in ERP systems, and proficiency with various financial software to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge business intelligence tools, manage complex data sets, and contribute to the financial health of our organization. Strong communication skills are preferred to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in budgeting, investment analysis, and financial reporting within a fast-paced environment. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience Month-end & quarter-end close experience General Ledger (GL) accounting Financial reporting & reconciliations ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, D365 F&O, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Workday, Infor, Epicor, Sage, Acumatica, etc.) CPA in progress or completed Strong accounting foundation NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Big 4 experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) Tax accounting experience Manufacturing industry experience Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with screening and assessing applicants for this position.

Requirements

Requires at least three years of experience, a strong accounting foundation, and experience with month- and quarter-end close, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Candidates must have ERP experience and be pursuing or have completed a CPA; Big Four, tax accounting, and manufacturing experience are preferred.
