Position Overview An Ottawa-based professional services organization is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions and support broader financial operations. This hybrid role offers a balance of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, attention to detail, and clear communication skills. A CPA designation is preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Perform and review bank and balance sheet reconciliations Manage monthly close processes, including accruals and supporting schedules Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures Support audit activities and coordinate with external accountants Leverage accounting and CRM systems to improve financial workflows Qualifications & Experience CPA designation preferred.
