Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour un(e) professionnel(le) de la comptabilité expérimenté(e) qui souhaite prendre en charge les principales fonctions comptables au sein d’un environnement sophistiqué et dynamique, tout en contribuant à la croissance continue de l’entreprise. 📝 Responsabilités principales Gérer les opérations comptables quotidiennes, notamment le grand livre, les comptes fournisseurs et les comptes clients. Préparer les états financiers et rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels. Effectuer les rapprochements de comptes et assurer l’exactitude des données financières. Participer à la préparation des budgets, des prévisions financières, de la gestion des flux de trésorerie et de l’analyse des écarts. Effectuer le suivi des transactions financières et veiller au respect des normes comptables et des politiques internes. Participer aux processus de fin d’année et aux audits externes. Identifier et mettre en place des améliorations aux processus comptables, aux rapports financiers et aux contrôles internes. Collaborer avec la direction et les différents départements afin de fournir des analyses financières et soutenir la prise de décisions. Participer à la gestion des stocks et à la comptabilité des coûts, selon les besoins, dans un environnement axé sur les produits. 🎓 Qualifications Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe. Titre CPA ou expérience dans un parcours vers le CPA, un atout. Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience progressive en comptabilité. Excellente connaissance des principes comptables, de la préparation des états financiers et des rapprochements de comptes. Maîtrise d’un logiciel comptable et de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel. Expérience dans un environnement de fabrication, distribution, vente en gros, commerce de détail ou entreprise axée sur les produits, un atout. Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Très bonnes aptitudes organisationnelles et communicationnelles. 💡 Profil recherché Très grande attention aux détails et souci de l’exactitude. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who is looking to take ownership of core accounting functions within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment and contribute to the company’s continued growth. 📝 Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting. Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis. Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Support year-end closing and external audits. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls. Collaborate with management and other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Assist with inventory and cost accounting as required within a product-based environment. 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation or CPA-track experience is an asset. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, or product-based environment is an asset. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of progressive experience. A CPA designation and experience in product-based environments like manufacturing or distribution are considered assets.
