Responsibilities Analyze large financial and accounting datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) Perform variance, trend, and predictive analysis on revenue, expenses, and profitability Extract, clean, and transform data from financial systems (e.g., ERP, Workday) for reporting and analysis Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor financial and operational performance Support budgeting and forecasting through data-driven insights and scenario analysis Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to translate financial data into actionable insights Improve reporting processes through automation and data optimization Support audit and reporting needs by providing structured data and analytical support Identify opportunities to optimize reporting and decision-making through AI and automation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, or related field Experience analyzing large financial and accounting datasets Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics for financial data Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau Strong skills in data extraction, cleaning, and modeling from ERP systems (e.g., Workday) Experience with variance, trend, KPI analysis, and forecasting Ability to provide data-driven insights to support business decisions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of automation and reporting optimization Benefits Competitive Salary Healthcare Benefit Package Career Growth
