Job summary

J.D. Irving, Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to support the delivery of internal audit engagements across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk & Advisory, this role contributes to the execution of the risk-based audit plan, providing independent and objective assurance and adding value by supporting the continuous improvement of risk management, controls, and governance processes. The successful candidate will bring a foundation in audit or risk practices, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across diverse business units. This role offers the opportunity to develop audit expertise, build business knowledge, and contribute to meaningful improvements across the organization. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our head office in Saint John, NB. The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000 annually. Founded in 1882, J.D.
