We specialize in mid-sized office, retail and industrial properties in the National Capital Region of Ottawa-Gatineau. We manage all aspects of property acquisition, building renovations, tenant fit-up and property management. Founded by Alan Whitten, Huntington acquired its first property in Kanata South in 1996. Today, Huntington manages over 30 different properties, exceeding 1 million square feet throughout Ottawa and the surrounding area. The majority of Huntington Properties’ portfolio is low-rise, commercial office space, with some warehouse/industrial space. In addition, we have considerable experience in property management, providing our tenants with a full range of services from renovations to day-to-day operations.
