Principales responsabilités : L’usine de Longueuil représente une des plus grandes usines du groupe Héroux Devtek autant en superficie qu’en volume d’affaires. Ceci nous permet d’offrir une expérience privilégiée à travers 3 fonctions comptables : la gestion de la trésorerie et des inventaires, la gestion des coûts de produits et FP&A, ainsi que la gestion des coûts opératoires (OPEX). Comme stagiaire vous joindrez une équipe dynamique et aurez les tâches suivantes : * Produire et mettre à jour de façon quotidienne, hebdomadaire ou mensuelle des rapports liés à la performance financière du site et de ses départements; * Effectuer diverses tâches d’analyses liées aux coûts de production et aux programmes d’aviation de façon adhoc; * Participer au processus de fin de mois, notamment aux écritures de journal et à la préparation des états financiers; * Supporter les demandes d’audits internes et externes; * Supporter l’élaboration des budgets et des prévisions financières de l’unité d’affaire ainsi que des projets d’amélioration des outils de suivi et processus. Votre esprit d’analyse et soucis du détail sera mis à contribution afin de produire des constats qui auront des impacts directs sur les prises de décisions importantes.
