Your New Role As the Cash Receipts Coordinator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing, application, and reconciliation of client payments. You will support daily cash receipt operations, assist with trust accounting activities, and provide backup support for treasury functions. The role requires regular interaction with internal stakeholders to resolve payment and account discrepancies while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. What You Need to Do Process and apply client payments received via cheque, EFT, credit card, and other payment methods Reconcile daily cash receipts and investigate discrepancies Prepare bank deposits and process credit card transactions Support trust accounting activities, including deposits, disbursements, reconciliations, and trust account administration Assist with EFTs, wire transfers, and treasury-related transactions Support month-end and year-end close processes Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance-related projects Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding cash and trust transactions What You'll Need to Succeed College diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field, or an accounting certificate 3-5 years of experience in cash applications, cash receipts, trust accounting, or a similar finance role Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Experience with Elite 3E is considered an asset Knowledge of trust accounting principles and regulatory requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment What You'll Get in Return You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
