Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 9+ Month Contract (Renewable) Bilingualism: French and English Rate - $37 INC or $32 T4 Required qualifications:- Workday experience Canadian payroll experience in a high-volume, complex payroll environment. Experience processing end-to-end payroll and ensuring compliance with federal and provincial legislation. Experience processing year-end payroll activities, including the preparation and validation of T4, RL-1, and other statutory income statements. Experience supporting internal and external payroll audits Knowledge of U.S. payroll processes and compliance requirements. Experience working within a Shared Services environment Experience using case management and employee support tools such as ServiceNow and Workday Help. Canadian Payroll Association certification (PCP or equivalent) is considered an asset. Key responsibilities: Managing payroll processing, reconciliations, statutory remittances, Performing year-end reporting, and issue resolution while ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and exceptional customer service Working closely with employees, HR, Finance, Treasury, and government agencies Supporting audit readiness and continuous process improvement

Requirements
